FlowRoutine ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application FlowRoutine (the "App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our service: Personal Information You Provide: • Account information (email address) when you create an account using Apple Sign-In • Routine data including routine names, step descriptions, durations, and completion history • Preferences and settings you configure within the App Automatically Collected Information: • Device information (device type, operating system version) • App usage data and analytics (features used, session duration) • Crash reports and performance data AI-Generated Content: When you use our AI routine creation feature, the prompts you provide are sent to OpenAI's servers to generate routine suggestions. This data is processed according to OpenAI's privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality • Create and manage your account • Store and sync your routines across devices • Generate AI-powered routine suggestions when you request them • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience • Send important notifications about your routines • Process subscription payments through Apple • Respond to your inquiries and support requests • Comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information: OpenAI (AI Routine Generation) When you use AI features to generate routines, your prompts are sent to OpenAI. OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy. We do not store your prompts on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the service. RevenueCat (Subscription Management) We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and subscription status. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details. Mixpanel (Analytics) We use Mixpanel for anonymous analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This helps us improve features and fix issues. You can opt out of analytics tracking through your device settings. Apple (Authentication & Payments) We use Apple Sign-In for authentication and Apple's App Store for processing payments. Apple's privacy policy governs this data. Supabase (Cloud Storage) We use Supabase to securely store your account data and routines in the cloud. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data: • All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL • Passwords are never stored in plain text • We regularly review and update our security practices • Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel only However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy: • Account data is retained until you delete your account • Routine data is retained until you delete the routines or your account • Analytics data is anonymized and retained for up to 2 years • When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days

Children's Privacy

FlowRoutine is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data during international transfers, including standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.
